Why Whole-Home Renovations Stall
A whole-home renovation coordinates a dozen trades — framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, cabinetry, flooring, paint. The number one reason these projects run late is not the work itself; it is poor sequencing and gaps between trades.
Our Scheduling System
Every full-home renovation we take on runs on a single master schedule with these rules:
- One project manager. A single point of contact owns the timeline end to end.
- Trade locks in advance. We book every subcontractor before demolition starts.
- Sequenced milestones. No trade is scheduled until the previous milestone passes inspection.
- Buffer days. We build float into the schedule so one delay does not cascade.
- Weekly client check-ins. You know where the project stands every step of the way.
Permits and Inspections
Whole-home work means multiple permit rounds: rough-in, framing, and final. We submit, schedule, and sit on every inspection so the schedule never waits on paperwork.
The Result
A renovation that finishes when we said it would. That is the standard every Cranberry project is built to. If you are planning a full-home renovation, request a consultation and we will show you the schedule before a single nail is driven.
